Perhaps one of the only good things about this pandemic is the way it has expanded our conceptions of how collaboration is possible across distance. When we arranged and recorded Songs Stay Sung with Zoe Mulford in March (read the full story behind the song in our previous post here!), making a music video wasn’t really on our radar, because everyone knows you need to be in the same place to make a music video, right? Not anymore! The proliferation of “virtual choir” videos during the pandemic got us thinking, “Hey, we could do that, too!”
The plan is to officially release Songs Stay Sung to the world in September, so keep an ear out on your favorite folk radio show because you might just hear it on the air! It’ll also go up on all the streaming services, so you can share it far and wide. For now, though, this video and the track we sent you in our previous post are just for you, our Patreon community.
