As you know, it’s been hard for the four of us to get together much during the pandemic, which means we’ve been looking for other ways to channel our creativity. Since we can’t be developing new repertoire, we thought we’d take another look at some older pieces, like this fresh remix of an iconic protest song from the ’40s… the 1640s, that is. We guarantee you’ve never heard The Diggers’ Song quite like this before.

To give credit where credit is due: We made the I Can Hew remix in an app called Wub Machine that generates new versions of songs on your phone in a variety of styles, a great way to waste an afternoon! That inspired Jeremy to do a quick-but-deep dive into GarageBand, and the Diggers remix is the result… a new career path or a passion best left unexplored? 😉
